The Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football College Scholarship Program has been established to assist former players from Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football and/or who have contributed to the success of our youth program and have been accepted into a college or university.  

Minimum Application requirements for this scholarship are:

• Former member of Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football and/or have contributed to the success of the Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Program and in good standing
• Varsity Letter in Park Football
• Graduating Park High School Senior Class of 2024
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated responsible citizenship or volunteerism

The Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Scholarship Program may vary based on the amount of scholarship money budgeted.  If you wish to be considered for the Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Scholarship, please complete this entire application by 11:59pm on Friday, March 31st, 2024.   

At the Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Board Meeting in April, the Board will officially vote for scholarship award winner(s).  

The recipient(s) will be notified at the Park Senior High School Spring Athletic Awards Banquet.

The scholarship will be disbursed directly to the post-secondary institution upon submission of evidence of enrollment with full time status.  The Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Treasurer will need some information from the recipient(s) before payment can be made.  That information is but not limited to the confirmation of enrollment, class schedule, address to send payment, etc.  The treasurer will reach out with what they specifically need.  

All scholarship applicants will be considered regardless of race, gender, creed, handicap or national origin.

Please understand that just simply applying doesn't mean a scholarship will be awarded.  We would love to award everyone who applies for a scholarship, but our budget doesn't allow us to.
